PicoEgal is an independent, egalitarian kehilla, committed to the greater Los Angeles Jewish community, which comes together to create an elevated prayer space in which all participants share spirited, intentioned, and halakhic tefillah.

We also welcome and create opportunities for non-prayer activities that enhance and strengthen Jewish life.

PicoEgal is organized by three gabbaim:

We have been meeting in the Pico-Robertson neighborhood since January 2006.

PicoEgal is a recipient of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ) Kesharim Grant for Innovative Young Adult Davening Communities.
